Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Distributorship
Smart Life maintains a selective approach to its global distribution network, offering exclusive distributorship opportunities on a country-by-country basis. This exclusivity strategy ensures consistent brand representation and service quality across all markets. The following terms and conditions apply to all official distributors seeking exclusive rights to Smart Life products:

Contract Duration
A 6-month renewable contract is required for all official distributors. This allows Smart Life to regularly evaluate performance whilst providing distributors with the security of exclusive territorial rights.

Minimum Purchase Requirement
A minimum purchase of one full container is required within the first 3 months of the agreement. This ensures sufficient inventory to properly launch and establish the brand in the new market.

Territorial Exclusivity
Exclusive rights will be granted for the designated country or region. This guarantees that the distributor will be the sole official representative of Smart Life products within their territory.

Royalty/Agency Fee
A one-time royalty/agency fee of US$10,000 will be applied upon signing the agreement. This fee contributes to the initial setup costs and confirms the distributor's commitment to the partnership.

Support Services
Full technical, marketing and sales support will be provided by Smart Life's head office in Germany. This comprehensive support package ensures distributors have all the resources needed to successfully represent the brand.
